Personal Order Policy
1. You have the option for yourself or Evolved Footwear to provide base shoes. If you provide shoes I recommend tracking and insurance because I will not be responsible for lost mail.
2. The base cost of our custom work is $300 for very simple designs, depending on what is desired the price WILL increase.
3. Custom footwear is not for everyday wearing, scuffing is inevitable but less likely if worn with care.
4. Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
5. Work may take 1 to 4 weeks to complete but a turnaround time is NOT guaranteed, you will be updated at least once a week on the status. It is completely dependent upon our schedule, but make note I do not take on more than I can handle. Which means a waiting list may apply.
6. Shipping: shoes WILL always be double boxed, insured, and sent with a tracking number.
7. All guidelines are subject to change without notice, they are simply a guideline on what to expect.
8. Finally the custom(s) you desire will be discussed via email ONLY. PLEASE follow the guidelines above to inquire about a personal order. Then we can discuss. No response will be made if we can not figure out what it is you want.

1. We accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. PayPal registered address must be a CONFIRMED ADDRESS.
2. Shipping and handling can not be combined and is on a individual pair basis, listed on PayPal shopping cart page.
3. ALL sales are FINAL.
4. NO refunds, returns or exchanges will be granted so only pay if you truly want the item.
5. Every product we will ever have for sale is 100% authentic, brand new, never used, in deadstock condition.
